Pack Yo Bag

21 things not to forget when packing for your vacation

With your flights and hotel booked, the luggage is the last thing stopping you from that great holiday. We know it feels like a chore, but if you follow our expert packing tips you’ll never have to worry.

1. Make a list

Ok, so it sounds a little boring, but idiot-proof lists are the gateway to a stress-free holiday. Separate your essentials from your desirables, and be realistic with your luggage limitations. If you need list inspiration – the following might be a good place to start…

2. Don’t forget the first aid kit

We’re not asking you to prepare for ER, just a small bag with the most necessary pills and medicine you might need. After all, nobody wants to suffer a punishing headache, high-climate fever, upset stomach or all three during a holiday. It might be easy enough to pick up a domestic remedy for your ailments at home, but medicines in the country you are visiting may be limited to prescription only. The same goes for allergy meds and asthma remedies – bring them on board!

3. Limit your liquids

We all know about it by now, and yet there’s still a mass confusion and hold-up when some chancer tries to sneak a bottle of water past airport security. Much to everybody’s chagrin, pan-European baggage restrictions state that all liquids carried in hand luggage must be no more than 100 ml per item, and must fit into one small and resealable transparent bag (usually available at the airport for a nominal fee). If you’re carrying anything larger, stow it with your checked-in suitcase.

4. Name tags are there to help

Unless you’re an international man of mystery, you shouldn’t have to worry about traveling incognito. Most suitcases come with name tags fitted as standard, so be sure to fill them in just in case you – or the airline – lose your luggage!

5. Observe restrictions on baggage

Overstuffing your suitcase is never a good idea.

If your airline says: “23kg”, then they mean 23kg! Weigh your bags before you get to the airport and make sure you are within the restrictions, otherwise you’ll be forced to cough up extra cash at the airport or, even worse, have to say goodbye to that lovely hand-knitted cardigan your grandmother spent so long slaving over. We’ve all tried to squeeze that extra pair of pants in the already overstuffed suitcase, but the restrictions are there for a reason, and that reason is your safety. Which reminds us…

6. Save bag space for all your holiday purchases

Whether it’s duty free goods or holiday mementos, it’s inevitable that you’ll be bringing more back home with you than when you left – so make sure you have room for it!

7. Skip the shoes

The biggest and most frustrating item of luggage. How many pairs of shoes you should take is very much dependent on how long your vacation might be, but we’d suggest that three pairs is a reasonable average for a 1-2 week getaway. More important than volume is versatility, so make sure you’re not stuck hiking in stilettos by bringing a pair of shoes for every realistic occasion of your trip. Wear your most cumbersome pair on the plane – plus, stuff your socks in the rest – and you’ll save even more space.

8. Cosmetics – at a minimum!

Unless you plan on traveling to a desert island, it’s likely that you’ll be able to pick up popular shampoo or sun lotion brands in almost any corner of the world. Fewer cosmetics also mean that you’ll be less likely to find an explosion of nondescript gooey liquids spoiling everything in your suitcase when you arrive at your destination. If you really can’t live without that special face cream, try to take only as much as you’ll need for your trip and nothing more. That way you can discard the empties and save extra luggage room for your trip back home.

9. Keep on rolling…

This tip is certainly up for debate, but we think that rolling your clothes really is the only way to go. Not only will it reduce those pesky wrinkles and creases in your gear, it’ll save you some much needed suitcase space.

10. All valuables go in hand luggage

It’s rare that airlines lose luggage these days, but why take the risk? Stay safe and stow all your expensive luxuries – from your camera to your diamond engagement ring – in hand luggage.

11. Don’t forget the adapters

If you do need them, save on the crazy airport prices by buying them ahead of your trip.

12. Pack all-rounder fashions, not eccentric statement pieces

You might want to pack that banana costume for your trip, but is it really necessary? Fancy dress or no, this is a question you should really ask yourself when pressed for suitcase space. Pack great all-rounder attire and a classy evening outfit, but leave those outlandish statement pieces for a night out at home.

13. Be delicate with your delicates

If you have to pack any china plates or glass goods, wrapping them in bubble wrap or in-between clothes and putting them right in the middle of your case is safest way to make sure they arrive with you in one piece.

14. Categorise your clothes

Pack clothes in groups: that means shirts with shirts, pants with with pants -it’s easier to find what you need and unpack on the other side.

15. Pack a mini closet in your hand luggage

Not literally, of course, but it’s always a nice idea to add a clean set of underwear and a garment in your carry-on bag, in case of your luggage being lost in an aeroplane mix-up.

16. Don’t predict the weather – check it

Don’t leave home without your umbrella.

Depending on where you’re going, weather forecasts are either your holiday’s best friend or biggest foe. Come rain or shine, meteorologists will always give you the best idea of what weather to expect on your holiday. Check the day before you fly and pack accordingly, and save room for that trusty pac-a-mac or umbrella you hope you’ll never have to use.

17. No on-board manicure

Tip for the well-groomed flyer: if you’re thinking about carrying a nail file, scissors, or any other sharp primping tool in your luggage – give up the idea! They are prohibited and airport workers will ask you to get rid of them.

18. The most necessary things go on top

If you believe that a particular thing can be useful to you very soon (perhaps at the airport), for example, a jacket – put it on top. Very obvious advice, but perhaps it’s so obvious that you’d be bound to forget otherwise!

19.  Towels?

Towels! Yet another pesky space-filler you need to think long and hard about whether you actually need. Check ahead of time to see if your holiday accommodation will be providing them (they probably will) and pack accordingly.

20. Strip at airport security

It’s unlikely you’ll be asked to strip down to your undergarments, but it’s possible that you’ll be asked to undress a bit as you go through to the terminal. This usually means taking shoes, belts and jackets off, and removing any jewellery or metal goods. Travelling with a laptop or tablet device? Be prepared to present your gadgets to the friendly security staff too.

21. Don’t leave home without the essentials

This penultimate tip is a big one as, without these necessities, you won’t be heading anywhere but home: check and check again that you have your monies, a valid passport and – for the sake of your holiday companions – a toothbrush. Keep these all on hand and then you’ll be able to remember the most important thing…

Enjoy your vacation!

Team Adam & Eve

If same sex wasn't against God's law then anyone would be able to multiply and be fruitful with anybody, naturally. Look at any living thing that exist in nature, it's not possible.

godizRighteous over - rights. What God wrote is clearly happening... The human kind is loster than lost. People are in deep sleep getting mind controlled, mind controlled, mind controlled. More heathen than ever. Everything that was once made pure is now getting corrupted. It's disgusting, we should be ashamed. I'm not here to judge the soul, but to judge according to truth what's right and wrong. In the end... cause there will be an end. All those that went against God will have to answer to Him, cause He will have the last say.
As someone said... mankind is making the unlawful lawful and the lawful unlawful. I pray that people wake up from this nonsense. Do not conform, have a mind of your own.

Neurotic Society by Lauryn Hill - is a song about people not being, or not being able to be, who and what they truly are, due to the current social construct. I am not targeting any particular group of people, but rather targeting everyone in our society who hides behind neurotic behavior, rather than deal with it.
The world we live in now is, in many ways, an abhorrent distortion, an accumulation of generations and generations of response to negative stimuli.
Many don't even have a concept of what normal is, by virtue of having lived afraid, ashamed, as victims of abuse, or inadequately handled for so long.  I believe in coming up from under that fear and allowing the psyche/soul to truly heal.
I understand that healing is a process, but I also believe that it is our responsibility to seriously care for ourselves, so that we can extend that level of concern for others and positively affect our environment.
I want what is best for Humanity. Humanity, aligned with the Spiritual principles, that help each individual conquer fear, and transcend limited circumstance.  I believe in healing and dealing with the traumatizing events of our lives, both in this lifetime, as well as those passed down to us, or inherited, so we can live as fully as possible.
The whole world suffers from a lack of honest dialogue. Character and integrity have suffered at the hands of political correctness and corporate agenda, while our society moves further and further towards unhealthiness and breakdown. I oppose these trends.
Everyone has a right to their own beliefs. Although I do not necessarily agree with what everyone says or does, I do believe in everyone's right to protest. The overarching message of my music is to get up and stop compromising! And hopefully it will stimulate and motivate the changes that our society needs.
Artists are constantly under media and public scrutiny. This is not a one-way street. Those of us with the charge of putting out faithful vibrations, have a responsibility to report what we see, and to write about what we know.
I have seen some of the best and also some of the worst representations of human behavior. The same way that I exalt that which is high, is the same way I expose that which is abusive, in order to motivate and remind if not all of us, than as many as possible, of the Higher Calling.

Leviticus 18:22 - Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it [is] abomination.

Genesis 2:24 - Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Busy Week

Super duper busy week... Before my trip. It's always the small things that takes the longest time. Will update more stuff soon. Need to take a break for a min... Smell ya'll laters.

Spirit vs Flesh

Gal. 5:16-17 – “I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.”

There is a serious obstacle in the spiritual lives of many Christians, and that is the uncrucified flesh. The flesh refers to the old, sinful nature of believers (the old man or the old self) and therefore represents worldliness emanating from a carnal mind. The flesh is only crucified in principle when one is saved, and this offers you the possibility of prevailing over it through the cross of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. The command in Gal. 5:16 is very clear: “Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” But the next verse (Gal. 5:17) describes the obstacle of the old self that must first be overcome before you will be able to live unrestrained and victoriously in the Spirit.
The flesh and the Spirit are contrary to one another; consequently, you are not really free to follow the guidance of the Spirit and to doing the things that you wish. How should the obstacle of the old nature be removed? By crucifying it. You should fully surrender yourself to the Lord and ask Him to crucify the flesh with its lusts and desires – that old self who is still inclined to the world and to sin. If you do not fully surrender yourself you will never prevail over sin and make no progress in your spiritual life. This is a condition for the filling of the Holy Spirit as the Spirit cannot fill and control you before the old nature has been crucified. Paul says that he glories in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, “by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world” (Gal. 6:14).
After you have taken this step, the Holy Spirit will endue you with the new nature of Jesus Christ, which will allow you to daily grow up to spiritual maturity. Will you fully surrender yourself? Paul charged the Ephesians, “that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in righteousness and true holiness” (Eph. 4:22-24). To the Colossians he said, “Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man” (Col. 3:9-10).
Most people fail to take this step, as was also the case among the Corinthians. Paul reproached them for their lax attitude and said, “And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; for you are still carnal [fleshly]. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?” (1 Cor. 3:1-3). We should be saved from this deplorable state if we wish to be overcoming Christians who walk in the Spirit. The flesh inclines us away form the Lord by confining us to a small world of selfish interests, sin and worldly pleasures. The Spirit, on the other hand, has come to introduce us to a deeper life of godliness, the joy of the Lord, and victory over sin. You will have to make a choice.
Prayer: “Thank You, Lord Jesus, that You did not only come to forgive our sins and to save us but that You also sent the Holy Spirit to give us power to prevail over the forces of the enemy, to guide us into all truth, and to endue us with your divine nature. Make each of us willing to surrender ourselves fully and to put down the old nature and all its works that separate us from You. We surrender the flesh to be crucified as he often causes us to stumble and draw us away from You. Fill us with your Spirit and guide us along the way of victory, godliness and the bearing of fruit which befit repentance. Amen.”

Saturday Snacks

godiz - Root veggie chips used to be my faves over in the states. I used to buy them along with some fresh juice, while sitting in the car snacking on some, around rush hour. It's now safe to say, they finally landed over here.

Not Cute

Feeling unusually fatigued or out of your element? Is your skin breaking out? Do you have digestive issues? Are you struggling with weight loss? These signs indicate that you probably need to detox.
Detoxification is an ancient health practice that has been carried out by various cultures around the world. It is one of the components included in traditional medicine systems. This practice involves nourishing, cleansing, and relaxing the body. Detoxification removes toxins and ensures your body gets healthy nutrients. Research has revealed that this practice can prevent illness and promote good health.
How it Works
Detoxification involves cleansing your blood. Impurities found in the blood are eliminated through the liver, the organ responsible for toxin removal in the body. Your body also removes toxins through other organs including the skin, lungs, kidneys, lymph, and intestines. When these organs are impaired, your body is unable to eliminate toxins and this has an adverse effect on all your cells. Toxin buildup can cause illness and affect your normal body functions.
Detoxification Promotes Natural Toxin Removal in your Body by:
  1. Giving your organs a break when you fast
  2. Enhancing liver functions to boost toxin removal
  3. Encouraging toxin removal through your skin, kidneys, and intestines
  4. Promoting blood circulation
  5. Using wholesome nutrients to replenish your body

Detoxification has proved an effective practice for promoting good health because it targets individual cells in your body. A detox program will eliminate toxins in each cell in your body, restoring your health.
When is Detoxification Necessary?
Nutritionists suggest that we should detoxify once every year. But this practice is not recommended for children, breastfeeding mothers, and individuals who suffer from chronic degenerative medical conditions. It is advisable to consult a healthcare provider before you begin any detox program. Your doctor will examine your medical history to determine if detoxification is a good option.
We are exposed to a lot more toxins in our environment today compared to several years ago and this makes detoxification necessary. There are various symptoms to look out for to determine if it is time for you to detox including:
  • Confusion
  • Menstrual related issues
  • Bloating
  • Eye bags and puffy eyes
  • Recurrent infections
  • Allergies
  • Skin irritation
  • Sluggish bowel movement
  • Unexplained weakness

How to Start
The first step is to reduce the amount of toxins in the body. You can achieve this by eliminating all the substances that bring in toxins such as saturated fats, refined sugars, coffee, cigarettes, and alcohol. These are just some of the toxins you introduce into your body and they can interfere with healing. It is also important to limit the use of personal hygiene and cleaning products that contain toxins. Find natural alternatives to use.
Stress is another factor that can cause toxin buildup and affect your health in general. Your body produces stress hormones when you are under pressure. Stress hormones play an important role in our lives because they push you to attain your goals but they become toxic when released in large amounts. High stress hormone levels inhibit detoxification enzymes in your liver. Practice meditation or exercise to eliminate stress. These activities reset your mental and physical responses to stressful situations in your day-to-day life. Once you have mastered these skills, you will find yourself responding positively to stressful circumstances in your daily life.
Picking a Detox Program
There are several detox programs and techniques you can explore based on your personal requirements. Most of the programs last about a week. This is because your body requires time to eliminate blood impurities. Some of them involve taking liquids only for a couple of days and then following a detailed five-day diet to give your digestive system a break. Other programs include juice fasts that can last between 3 and 7 days. If you go on a juice fast, you will be required to take water and vegetable and fruit juices only for the entire period. Juicing has been identified as one of the best ways to release toxins from your body.
Some of the most popular detox program options include:
  • Hypoallergenic detox
  • Sugar detox
  • Smoothie cleanse
  • Veggie and fruit detox
  • Juice cleanse

Here are 10 ways to detoxify your body
1. Increase fiber intake by eating more vegetables and fruits. Beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, and artichokes are great for detoxification.
2. Work out. This is one of the best ways to eliminate toxins. You can either exercise at home or enroll for a class or gym. All you have to do is exercise for at least an hour daily to enjoy the benefits.
3. Take probiotics to help your body to restore good bacteria and keep out the bad ones. Probiotics can be found in natural yogurt. They will help to restore normal digestive system functions. They also promote cleansing, improving your bowel movements.
4. Take advantage of superfoods. These foods are rich in antioxidants and vital nutrients that encourage the body to fight toxins. Some of these include flax seeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, avocado, olive oil, berries, spinach, kale, sweet potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, apples, and oranges. Incorporate these foods in your daily diet to fight toxins.
5. Get a massage. This is a great way to stimulate toxin removal from various parts of the body. Massage helps to boost blood circulation, making it easy for organs to remove impurities.
6. Use herbs. There are various herbs to include in your recipes to encourage toxin elimination including camomile tea, dandelion, milk thistle, and turmeric.
7. Drink water. This is a simple yet effective way to ensure the body is toxin-free. Water flushes out impurities. Your skin will become clearer and your organs will function better when you take more water.
8. Sleep enough. Inadequate sleep can compromise your immunity and make it difficult for your organs to eliminate waste. Make sure you are well rested.
9. Use home remedies. Take advantage of home remedies to treat simple medical conditions such as colds. Medications can add more toxins into your body. Use remedies such as ginger and vinegar to fight common infections before you turn to medication.
10. Enjoy skin brushing. This promotes circulation and encourages toxin elimination.
Detoxification is a simple practice that can improve your health significantly. Take advantage of these practices to rejuvenate your body.

Book Read - BCWN

There is good news in the "war on cancer". Optimal nutrition coupled with appropriate medical treatment can dramatically improve the quality and quantity of life and chances for a complete remission for most cancer patients. A well-nourished cancer patient can better manage the disease. Cancer is the number two cause of death in America and the developed nations of the world with one out of four dying from cancer and 38% of women and 43% of men projected to develop cancer over their lifetime. While the overall death rate from cancer has not appreciably declined since the start of the multi-trillion dollar "war on cancer" in 1971, there is good news from the nutrition arena. Optimal nutrition can reduce the risks of developing cancer by up to 90%, hence it is a strong preventative tool for everyone. And nutrition can dramatically improve quality and quantity of life for the millions of patients who are being medically treated for cancer. This book provides a well-documented approach for using an aggressive nutrition plan of food and supplements to: 1) reverse or avoid the common malnutrition that kills 42% of cancer patients 2) make chemo and radiation more of a selective toxin, thus protecting the patients' cells while making the cancer cells more vulnerable to medical elimination 3) slow cancer by limiting the amount of sugar available in the blood and gut for the glucose-dependent cancer cells 4) stimulate the immune system, which is in charge of killing all unwanted cells in the body, such as cancer 5) using foods and nutrition supplements as "biological response modifiers" to upregulate the body's built-in mechanism for eliminating cancer cells, such as apoptosis (programmed cell death). There are many scientifically-supported nutrition factors that can slow or discourage cancer cells, including fish oil, phytoallexins from red and green fruits and vegetables, vitamin D, and much, much more. This 400+ page book includes: -an audio CD for those who are too sick or tired to read -a clever "executive summary" in the beginning for those who want the main bullet points without reading the whole book -a tear out two sided color chart with "rating your foods" and "better seasonings" to tape on your refrigerator -an extensive chapter on meal plans and recipes to make practical cancer fighting foods tasty and convenient -a comprehensive program for the cancer patient to use in conjunction with his or her doctor's best medical care. The author, Dr. Quillin, spent 10 years as vice president of nutrition for a nationwide network of cancer hospitals, having counseled thousands of cancer patients and working with oncologists to provide synergism between medicine and nutrition. Quillin also organized 3 international scientific conferences on nutrition and cancer, edited the textbook ADJUVANT NUTRITION IN CANCER TREATMENT, and has many legitimate credentials in clinical nutrition (bachelor's, master's, doctorate degrees in nutrition; registered and licensed dietitian (RD); certified nutrition specialist (CNS)) to support the credibility of this book. BEATING CANCER WITH NUTRITION has become the definitive book on this subject, was a bestseller on in 1999, has been translated into 5 other languages, and has received high praise from cancer patients and doctors alike. Originally published in 1994, this book had complete rewrites and updates in 1998, 2001, and the most current version in 2005. This book empowers the patient to be a part of their own recovery from cancer. The positive reviews from cancer patients and family members posted on speak for themselves. This program works.

godiz - My first time picking up a book about cancer was back in 2006, and i believe this was the book i read. In my mind I've never believed in the "idea" of "cancer" This book opened up my eyes on more things that i already knew... There are several other books out there about the same topic. I personally have only read a few... I would love to read more good books about a natural way of nutrition and health. Feel free with recommendations. Stay healthy!

(I know i sometimes post recipes of sweets every now and then, but i rarely eat sweets as i used to. And when i do bake i try to replace the ingredients into healthier options. Its fun to bake for special occasion, just keep it in moderation and try to get it out of your system asap!)

Frame Faves 4 Face

Eyeglass Frame Guide

How do I pick the best frames for my lenses?

Let the fun begin! Once you've selected the best lens material and coatings for your eyewear needs, you can decide which frames best support the lenses and help create the look you want. From shapes to colors to materials used. There is a large selection of frames to suit every need.
Today's thin and light lenses call for thin and lightweight frames to maximize the benefits. Select frames that are right for your lenses, fit your lifestyle, and look great on you.

Thin and lightweight frame materials include:

  • Titanium - used in rocket boosters and submarine hulls; extremely lightweight, non-corrosive, hypoallergenic and strong
  • TMemory metal - a premium alloy that "remembers" the frame's ideal alignment; flexible and lightweight
  • TStainless steel - creates thin and light profiles; ultra-hypoallergenic
  • TZyl - a composite plastic infused with color; lightweight and durable

What special frame features should I look for?

  • Spring hinges - hold frames in alignment so they keep their like-new fit longer
  • Silicone nose pads - provide a no-slip grip, so glasses don't slide down your nose
  • Magnetic sun clips - create sunwear in a snap; prevent UV damage
  • FlexPads® Nose Pads - cushion the nose to prevent irritating red marks

How can I select the best frames for my face?

Keep in mind three basic rules of thumb generally:
  • Frames should be in proportion to your face size (a petite woman with delicate features will want a smaller, lighter frame).
  • Rounder faces look best in frames with some angles.
  • Angular faces look best in frames with some curves.
Here are five basic face types, with suggestions for the best frame shapes for each:
  • Round - Full cheeks and lots of curves; looks great in a frame with a little geometric interest — modified rectangles, gently angled teacup shapes, some cat eyes or soft squares.
  • Square - Angled, perhaps with chiseled features, defined cheekbones or strong jaw; looks best in a frame with gently rounded looks — ovals, almonds, curved cat eyes or aviators.
  • Oval - Well-balanced from top to bottom; can carry any look. Feel free to try the new and trendy. Just keep the frames in proportion to your face size.
  • Base Down Triangle - Wide at the bottom (jaw area and cheeks) and narrow at the top (forehead); try frames with strong horizontal lines, or details and accents that draw attention to the top half of the frame and face.
  • Base Up Triangle/Heart - Wide cheeks and a narrow chin; try frames that are wider at the bottom or rimless styles in very light colors or materials. But this is optional of course.

What's the best color for my skin tone?

The best frame color depends on the look you're interested in creating:
  • The "Look, ma! No glasses!" look — try rimless or partially rimless glasses in colors to blend with your skin tone (light frames for fair skin, darker frames for darker tones).
  • The "Please notice my eyes" look — try rimless, partially rimless or full front (fully rimmed) glasses, and match the frame color fairly closely to your skin tone.
  • The "Hey, I'm wearing GLASSES!" look — for this bold look, go for contrast, with dark frames for fair skin and bright or light frames for darker tones.
Be sure to try several colors in the shade range to find the best one for you. For example, if you're considering dark frames, try the same frame in dark blue, dark green, dark purple and black (or any other available dark color) to see if one of those is better than the others for your skin tone.
Remember, your optical associate can help you discover the shapes, styles and colors that work for you!

Apple Cider Vinegar

For centuries, vinegar has been used for various household and cooking purposes. It is also an ancient folk remedy, claimed to help with all sorts of health problems. The most popular vinegar in the natural health community is Apple Cider Vinegar. It is claimed to lead to all sorts of beneficial effects… This includes weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and improved symptoms of diabetes. Here are some health benefits of apple cider vinegar.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar is High in Acetic Acid, Which Has Potent Biological Effects
  • Acetic Acid is a Potent Antimicrobial and Can Kill Some Types of Bacteria
  • Apple Cider Vinegar May Lower Blood Sugar Levels, Which is Very Useful For Diabetics
  • There Are Some Studies Showing That Apple Cider Vinegar Can Help With Weight Loss
  • Apple Cider Vinegar May Have Some Benefits For Heart Health And Protect Against Cancer
Over all It’s been touted as a “super fluid” that can do everything from lowering your cholesterol to polishing your furniture.

The “uglier” the apple cider vinegar the better. You want it brown and murky – the clear and pretty stuff has been through more filtration processes, and this removes the powerful essence of the vinegar, called the “mother” – the brown strands that rest at the bottom of the bottle.
